| Description | Hi Sean ALT found the field issue that bluetooth function is repeatedly restarting. And analyzed the root cause is crystal is not oscillate 20Mhz. unit information - MAC : B4B5B6FED142 - S/N : 2149688001202108062083 For further discussion with the customer, please check and inform us of the following: 1. Factory test scenario of Bluetooth 2. Factory test items of Bluetooth We will find with the same defect and send to Taiwan. Thanks SON | ||||

Hi SH, The Eagle project has been mass production for a long time. Please go for normal RMA process, which is send back the defect samples to Vietnam factory instead of RD site for FA. This kind of issues should be handed by MFG QA/PQE not RD. I will ask PM to handle this. Thanks, Regards, Sean |

HI Carey. I understand that the factory was no issue during manufacturing. but, I want to check " Factory test scenario of Bluetooth". I think test engineer (TW or CN) would know well this. see the example https://testunlimited.com/pdf/an/5988-5412EN.pdf please let me know which item is test at the factory from example document and update again Thanks SON |
